Longines L2.798.5.52.3 wrist watches news:
I have a 1960s longines 9 carat gold automatic with the date at 12 o clock is that rare as I cannot seem to find one on the net ?
4 of us met today for the first time at the AP service centre in London, as usual Daniel & Maria were great company and very generous with the champagne.Maria was appointed as photographer and clearly has some ability.AP also provided each of us with swag bags which was extremely kind, one of the items was a key ring which I've wanted for a few years.Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Dissapointed on the 16610 i bought a PO but the bezel turns both ways.......
Hi Guys, I was wondering if anyone can give me any info on this watch, also can anyone guesstimate a price which you would expect to pay for this watch? The case reference number is 166.0206 / 366.0842. I had some great info from watchtalkforums, and i thought i might get even more info from here. ThanksCozzer
This past summer, I took a trip to Switzerland, and with a lot of effort, I arranged to buy a 114060 Submariner (no date) while I was on my trip (I decided that I preferred the no date version over the date version, but didn't give much thought to the Hulk because it wasn't as classic). By way of background, I have several watches including a Patek Nautilus in steel (5712A), and wanted a Sub to wear primarily on the weekend and as a pool/ocean watch or just wanted to change up my look. I also have a Panarai 359 as a casual watch (with a date), so the sub was meant to be more of a beater watch for me when I didn't want to wear the 5712 or PAM 359 (I also have a JLC dress watch as well as a Bell & Ross time only BR-01 on a rubber strap).I also wanted to add a Rolex to my collection, so this trip to Switzerland seemed like a great opportunity to pick one up in the motherland...My plan for this particular Rolex was/is to keep it forever given the extra sentimentality of getting it in S
