Longines Longines 44105 wrist watches news:
Zenith watches really get around - especially on the wrist of Johan Ernst Nilson. A Zenith brand ambassador, Nilson is a modern day explorer who has been going on "expeditions" for about 20 years. Now in his early 40s, Nilson is in the middle of a serious journey called the Pole2Pole adventure. The trip is taking Johan from the North Pole all the way to the South Pole, and will be done mostly via kayak and bicycle.Nilson travels for personal and physical exploration. His trips teach himself and others about personal empowerment and the power of a "can do" attitude. Nilson has authored books on the subject as well as participated as a motivational lecturer. His heart is always in the road pushing himself further and trying to see new places. Originally from Sweden, Nilson speaks fondly of his venturing with a credible, weathered look.I sat down with Nilson to discuss the Pole2Pole trip, his trials and tribulations, as well as what it is like to do what he does. I opened up my wife's Movado watch to change the battery and noticed that it says "six 6 jewels". I immediately thought that this watch might not be a real Movado, but then I see this term used all over the place online. Is this a brand or something related to the mechanism? I looked online and could not find a definite answer. Thanks in advance-oofern
Guys,I am going to Kuwait for a year and would like to purchase an Omega GMT. I need suggestions. Also it will need to be something that looks good on a NATO band as I will be installing it on one. Also it need to be waterproof to at least 100 meters. I love Omega's but just do not know them well.Any suggestions greatly appreciated.I have my Speedy, but don't need a Tachymetre as much as the GMT while there.
Hi guysI had a PAM 111 and I sold it almost new and buy me a new Rolex Sub. But I felt better with the leather bracelet and now I'm looking back up for a 111 but as I had used. The question is that I read that there were some problems with that watch...you heard anything about that? Be true or rumors? The time I had mine not only no problems but it was an incredible accuracy.I really was looking for a 392 or 312 because I like and think is necessary the Date function but right now my budget does not allow me this.
Anyone know an AD that has one in stock right now? I¡¯m trying to buy for my brother, it¡¯s a birthday gift and want it from AD... thanks in advance.
