My new beater (casio g-shock)
My older beater was a Casio solar digital watch which gave me 10 years of trouble free service, it breathed its last a month ago, no amount of putting it in bright sunlight will power it enough even for a day.So, I decided there could be no better substitute to it than another solar powered watch from the Casio group, a G-Shock was the obvious choice for a beater, I wanted (apart from being solar powered) nice water resistance (even though I can't swim) and a classic square design, partly because my older beater was also square, and I ended up ordering this particular model, GSW 5600-J. The watch arrived today, and has been on my wrist since, and I'm pretty impressed with the watch, and disappointed my the fact that there is no atomic timekeeping available in India.On with the picsjust out of the boxwell protected buttons which in no way can be pressed accidentallyI liked the G on the buckleWell made bandA very embarrassing wrist shot, I don't know what to with the part of the band st
