Maurice Lacroix LC6078-SS00213E wrist watches news:
Hello to all!I am mulling another German tool watch ( I have a Sinn EZM3 right now ). I am eyeballing several options from Sinn, as well as the Damasko DA47. Here in the States, we have to buy sight unseen, so there are no options to check the watches out in the metal prior to purchase. I want to know the following: is the DA47's crystal truly flat, or slightly domed? I've seen pics that look to be domed, and specs that suggest it is flat. I also would like to have a sense of the bezel rotation action. Is it firm, loose, sloppy, tight, or what? How would you describe it? I ASSume it is not a friction bezel. True? Thanks.
Has anyone seen in flesh the new automatic Velatura chronograph? Any firts impressions?
Hello all,I have had my AP RO 15300ST for about 3 weeks now. Amazing watch! But there's one thing, and it's a big but, that grinds my gears. All 4 corners chamfers are extremely wide and does not match the bracelet at all. Far from matching. And there's very little material above the screw hole if you compare to below. It's an F serie from 2009.Here's pictures of my watch:This problem was found by another dear forum member over at a Swedish watch forum and he posted pictures of his old 15300 as reference (I hope he don't hate me for stealing his pictures):A random reference pictureAnother forum members' polished 15300. You can see that it's creeping a little bit wide, but not nearly close to as bad as mine.Another forum members' 15202With these pictures it looks like mine has been extremely polished. But I made a google search on 15300's and found these examples:And also this 15400 that's according to the dealer, unworn.Although he mistakes his 15400 for a 15300 and somehow gets it to a ju
Wanted some help here.I wanted the JV strap for my 512, but they don't make it. I can have one custom from Panerai but they charge 100 over retail and then 6 weeks to make. I found something very similar and wanted to know if anything is off. It looks legit to me but want to confirm. Any help appreciated.
Ordered my first Rolex wrist watch. Can't wait...
