Breitling A1338012/B861 wrist watches news:
Hamilton introduced the modern incarnation of its famous Pan-Europ watch at the 2011 Baselworld fair. It was a design based on an original, which debuted in 1971, and it’s done well enough to merit the release of a less-complicated variant, which we saw at last year's Basel. It’s still got the retro good looks and practical price point, but does it capture the charm of the original from the '70s? We spent a week with the Pan-Europ Auto to find out. Introduction The Pan-Europ label dates back to the early '60s, first appearing on Hamilton dress watches and eventually sports watches (including a ladies' diver) on up to and through the mid '70s. Of course, Hamilton itself dates all the back to the late 19th century, and has a rich heritage of creating tool watches throughout the 20th. The Pan-Europ 703 of 1971 carries with it the distinction of housing the famous caliber 11, among the first automatic chronograph movements brought to market tha
Since a Chronoswiss Delphis Jump Hour Retrograde or Gerald Genta was out of question . I got a vintage SORNA 17j jump hour instead. Here the pic's.
Just started getting into watches. Joined the forum and just wanted to say hi. Wanted to also know if anyone knew anything about this particular watch. Got it today and it works and appears to keep good time. Just can't find much out about it. Thanks and hope to talk more as I learn the ins and outs of this, much to my wifes chagrin. She hates it when I get new hobbies.......
Good day everyone. I am looking to buy my wife an OP26 176200 or OP31 177200 black stick dial. There are no dealers where I live so I am after case dimensions so I can determine which one fits her better. She likes smaller watches so please no one suggest a 34 or 36mm because that would just be ridiculous. She does not like large watches. I put my 39mm Explorer on her and it was pretty comical to say the least. If anyone can please assist in providing approximate case dimensions that would be an immense help.
That is to say as long as Rolex produces the cerachrom bezel you will never be happy with the colors (that is to say if you want an exact representation of the 5 digit references). Everyone is complaining ¡°ohh! the new GMT still has the wrong color!¡± ¡°It¡¯s cranberry not red¡±. And so on and so on....Thats not entirely true. Rolex does nail the color for the Blue and the Red- PERFECTLY, but only for an instant when it¡¯s in the perfect light and the perfect angle. And never base your opinion on color on a Image you see on online even from Rolex. Those pictures never represent real world lighting. As opposed to the metal bezel in the 5 digits, which is for the most part has a much flatter finish, the cerachrom has glossier/polish finish. It will always bring in slight nuances of other color by means of a slight reflection, from other subtle shade colors that are in your environment. And that¡¯s why the finish will never ever produce the same exact color in every setting. This is
