Maurice Lacroix LC6068-SS001-13E wrist watches news:
Hi all,This is my first post around here. I recently acquired a Jaeger-LeCoultre Master Ultra Thin Moon, which is an automatic. I know most automatics have overwinding clutches to protect them, but I wanted to confirm that this watch does indeed have a mechanism to prevent overwinding. The manual simply says "the crown will not lock when the watch is fully wound." I'm just being extra cautious! Also, does anyone know how many turns of the crown fully wind the watch? Thanks!ottobonn
Well since I cant sleep, and have been up for some time, I thought I would start the day off. I'm gonna wear the seiko one more day.
Hope this is the place for a welcome
Any reason why the Speedmaster Pro has it's central disc made out of what appears to be an alloy of some sort while my other Speedmaster (Triple Date) has the same material (SS) for it's central disc as the rest of the case?
It seems like most every where I go, I tend to look at watches in the wild. Why oh why do I just see the apple or fit bit style watches? And believe me, I live in a fairly upscale area in a northern suburb of DFW. Are most people wearing their luxury watches to the office only? I figured the goods would be out on the weekends, but I don't really see that here.
