Watch Fever (Again)
I was in Kansas City yesterday and was looking at Non-Date Subs, I have loved them for a long time and thought it would be a perfect less formal companion to my Yacht-Master. Looking at the prices I wished I could have kept the one I bought back in 92.My local dealer has the brand new rendition with (Superlative Chronometer Officially Certified) on the dial, whearas this dealer in the KC area had three obviously older ones without the certification and the sticker on the back. I thought I could do business with them and get them farther off the new retail price than I could. I might have bought it for the old retail because their purchase price was based on that. I wasn't going to put that much in their pocket.Now my questions. I know this is all speculation, with the possible revamp of the Stainless Sub series in 2010. Do any of you think they will change the Non-Date much or just the Date Sub? If they do change the non-date will the ones stamped with Superlative Chronometer be rarer

How Do You Save Up For A Watch?
I'm wonder that if your like me; having expensive taste and limited funds.So assuming your don't have a lot of disposable funds how do you save up for your newest watch?...I have always sold off stuff (not watches or guns of course) but just things I have that people want and I don't.Problem is that although buy a 300.00 watch isn't a problem, a 1.5K-2.0K watch is. Now I have another Seamaster in my sights (2254.50) and I have no idea how I'll scrounge up the dough for such a luxury non-needed item.
