Maurice Lacroix MP6518-SS001-330 wrist watches news:
including a slate grey shirt ;)Cheers,Ron
Hello Everyone--After being a wall flower for several months I have finally taken the plunge into the community. I was hoping someone could post some wrist shots and possibly a side-by-side of a rolex date just and a Royal Oak 36mm. I have a 7 wrist and have been tempted by the 36mm royal oak for some time now because I've heard it wears big like a 38mm. Some photos and some testimony would really help me decide what size is right for me.Cheers,-Franco
Love my new Speedy Pro Moonphase as daily wearer. The fact the chronograph second hand obscures the moon phase (at 12) is bit annoying but I also find the static second hand can be a distraction when telling the time. I prefer 1) a moving hand or b) to stop the chrono second somewhere else on the dial and leave it there (not helping seeing the time issue but at least making the moon phase visible). Will either letting it run continuously or stopping it away from 12 have any impact on the movement?Excuse if discussed before - cannot find a link via search. Many thanks
Hi everyone I have just joined up the forum recently and posted a few times, but I thought I'd like to say hello to everyone properly.I originally seeked out TRF as I was looking into possibly getting a Rolex in the future, but since I have got my NOS Omega Dynamic something happened.......it's almost like a relationship lol. There is something intriguing and understating about Omega, the design, the history, I don't really know what it is exactly but there you are.So I ended up visiting mostly here at the Omega section of the TRF and I just ant to thank everyone for your helpfulness and friendliness, esp. Rommel (aka RW16610) who has been my Omega mentor Hope to learn more from everyone!
This year its twenty years, since I live in Switzerland and I decided to celebrate this with a watch. I narrowed down my search to the few brands I like and finally decided to get a Rolex. The Explorers where long on my list but after some weeks ad different watch stores I bought myself a Submariner today and I¡®m very happy. This forum was quite useful in the last weeks, so thank you all.
