Hi. I am not really experienced with many Omega watches so any help is appreciated. I picked up one of these as part of a large collection I purchased. It is a gold plated version. The display works but sometimes not all parts of the numbers light. Other times all is correct. I assume this is something serious and the watch really has little value. Have a question for those with the No Date Submariner. I love the idea of having a watch that I can literally wear all the time in every condition. Are late model Subs still designed around durability and hard wear or have they shifted more to the luxury side? I'm not some crazy extreme sports guy but I do a fair amount of travel and water sports. Would love to have a watch that's always on my wrist for the next 20 years.Sorry if this is the dumbest question ever.
