Maurice Lacroix MP6907-SS002-111 wrist watches news:
Breitling is writing a new chapter in the history of the Montbrillant chronograph by equipping it for the first time with Caliber 01, a movement developed and produced in the company workshops in La Chaux-de-Fonds. This is a limited series of 2,000 pieces in steel and 200 in 18K red gold. Look inside for wallpaper and pricing information. With a look inspired by the 1940s and 50s and featuring a circular slide rule bezel for pilots, the Montbrillant chronograph was named after the building on Montbrillant Street, in the heights of La Chaux-de-Fonds, which housed the Breitling workshops from 1892 to 1979. In these premises, the brand developed inventions and improvements that would significantly advance wrist chronograph movements, including the first independent pushpiece (1915), the second independent pushpiece (1934) and the first selfwinding chronograph (1969). This was also where Breitling produced its first onboard chronographs that contributed to its status as ¡°official supplier

If someone else can positively identify this watch as NOT being an American made Hamilton, at the Lancaster PA plant in 1988, then I would very much like to know where it was made and by whom. Every source I could find on military watches claims that the GG-W-113 is an American made Hamilton, made in Lancaster PA., and that it was the last American made Hamilton:Thanks, in advance!
I have a Rustler watch that my brother had gotten me a few years ago. It's a very robust watch, with a luminous face, gold and luminous hands, and gold and luminous "numbers" (symbols). As I noted, this watch is very robust, and has a very thick band, in gold and silver tone. It's a very nice watch. I can't find any info about it on the 'net. I believe it was limited edition, and my brother did mention that it wasn't "cheap." Has anyone ever heard of this watch? I am trying to find out information about this watch-i.e. how many were made, and who the maker was. Any info would be greatly appreciated.
Greetings guys,,Well firstly I have to say few years ago I thought I would never stray to this side of the fence into Patek territory thinking I would be happy with my collection of gorgeous Rolex's (WG SkyD, WG Sub, Vintage 16750 GMT(1980) and RED Sub (1969)) and Omega Speedy Pro and Seamaster... For months now ive started to look deeper and deeper into Patek's to the point now I am stepping up my search for my 1st Patek piece..Price decrease or increase has nothing to do with it just that I feel its time to step into the World of Patek. Now what I want and what I can afford without the wife asking for a divorce is another story..Here are a few pics of the Patek's I am looking at in my realistic price range. What id like to hear from you the experts is which one would you go and why?? I know at the end of the day its my decision on what sings to me but want to hear from the experienced collectors here.. Also any other Patek in that price range you feel might be good as my 1st Patek..Th
