I want to a PAM 000. What is the mark up on Panerais? Does anyone know the dealer cost on these watches? I have called around to different AD on a PAM 000 and was offered 10% at the best with free shipping or no deals from some stores. Does anyone know of a good place that is willing to give a discount?
