Montblanc 112647 wrist watches news:
A few days a go as I was drooling over some pics of the 5960 I begain to wonder if thie piece would be as appealing with out the monocounter chrono. and I realized that was part of what made it (and the 5980) so special IMO. I begain to wonder if this would be something that Patek might incorporate in to future chronos, or the succesor to the 5970? I imagine that it wouldnt be too difficult to combine the perp calender in the 5207 with the chrono function of the 5960. It would look ALOT like the 5960, but that could bea good thing. So I ask you, do you think Patek will offer other pieces with the "bulls eye" chrono counter?
Hi all, i am a new member but have been a frequent reader for quite some time. Lots of knowledge in here!I am looking for your advice on buying my first really quality watck. I am planning to spend approx. 5000 USD and i am looking for something classy and classical, (i think). I have had my eyes on the Breitling Navitimer for quite some time, but recently i have started to really like a few of the IWCs as well. I really do not have to spend as much as five grand for a watch, and i would be happy to recieve your comments and ideas. I also like the Tag Heuer Carrerra...One thing is the watch itself, another what you are signalling by owning exactly that one...Go debate!
Well not officially, but my morning started with a craving for a double espresso macchiato...perfect excuse to take my Ducati for a short ride. So I strapped on my PAM 112 and geared up with my Dainese gloves and Dainese jacket along with my Sidi socks and Sidi boots and finally my AGV helmet. So for me at least, today feels like Italian Day!!! Pasta for dinner maybe? :)...Ciao...

So a little bit of a back story before I go into the thread. I bought a 11660 1999 Sea Dweller a few weeks ago. Loved the watch and it worked great, but it appeared to run a bit fast, 15 seconds a day fast to be precise. The jewelry store I bought it from gave me a 1 year warranty on it that they provide, so I bring it in. Get it back, running at +3s a day now, great! 1 week later, its New Years Eve, 6pm, and I notice my watch has stopped running. Weird, maybe my reserve wasn't as full as I thought. I wind it and move on with my night. 2 days later its stopped, 2 days after that, stopped. I feel as tho I really can't hear the rotor spinning if I give the watch a little whirl, although when it stops, giving it a little swirl gets it to run, but only for a few seconds, which doesn't seem right. I digress. I bring it to the jewelry store, they agree thats not right but informed me the watchmaker they use for Rolex is off until the 17th, and that I could just bring it back in then, or leav
