A local jeweler is in the last 2 days now of liquidation and they have one Hamilton left.It has been the object of my affection for nearly two weeks and still sits (now alone) in the case.It's a Frogman Chrono (no mags) white dial on a brown Hamilton (handcrafted in Germany) strap. It was changed from a black strap, for some reason, by the AD when they were still an AD.As has been the case for these 2 weeks it still says 30% +5% off which is not enough to make me bite but since it's the last 2 days I am going to offer 600.00 if it's still there on Sunday.(hang tag price says 1195.00)I checked it out today and everything works.It comes with the box and warranty info and the receipt will still carry the original AD's name so the warranty won't be a problem.It 's a bit shopworn from being moved around a lot lately but nothing a good polishing and TLC can't take care of.I have been told by employees that offers were only being taken on diamond jewelry-not watches- but I have a few tricks t

Another new Cal. 8500 PO
Just some quick shots of my new Omega PO Ceramic, 42mm, with the Cal. 8500 movement. An exceptional piece, although running on the edge of COSC at +6 (off the wrist, crown up), which seems disappointing to me, we'll see if it 'settles in.' unfortunately terrible picturestoo much sun in the garden and the sky was too blue, which turned the pics a bit blue toothe R has a light blue discoloration instead of a grey dial :banged:the black dial does not look black and the magnificent blue in the platina looks like sad blueas you can see ..... an extra 5070P as a bonus LOLeven more unfortunately than the bad pics .... these are not all my watches ...

I��m planning a purchase in December on a trip in the US. So I got in touch with a large and well know US AD I��ve purchased from several times and they have informed me that the 233 has been discontinued. Just an FYI....
