It came today at 10:30AM. What a beauty! I was afraid that the EB would be too garish, but it really is not. In fact, depending on the angle of the light it can go from almost sky blue to almost midnight black.Here are a couple of quick and dirty pics.

For you Benrus collectors...I just noticed a Benrus Airman on eBay (in a large lot of vintage watches). If it's allowed, I'll post the auction number. Otherwise, pm me for the information. I know a lot of you Benrus collectors consider this a "grail". Hi all, recently my grandmother gave me a few watches from her days and I decided to get em' repaired and wear them myself with some sentimental value!I've found out some information about other watches but with the longines she gave meI couldn't, so here I am seeking for others' help!I'm attaching some pics and it would be really great if any of you guys could give me any info (e.g when it was made, what movement and so on...)Thanks in advance, I look forward to my watch collecting journey! :)The back cap says: ACIER INOXYDABLE (apparently this means STEINLESS STEEL), B135-2 283

Well, there I was noodling around on the swamp, and ended up with 3 watches .....now I am realtively familar with Hamilton and Benrus, ( will photo those when they arrive) ....but not so familiar with Enicar.......I know it is Racine spelled backwards, and that they were a pretty good Swiss firm, about 90 years old and that they are making a comeback from the pounding that they, like every other watch company in the world, took during the quartz revolution ......that's about it ......What company are the comprable to in American companies....Hamilton? Bulova ? Timex ? oh and here's a link to the watch itself.....I rather like that dial .....eBay - New & used electronics, cars, apparel, collectibles, sporting goods & more at low priceswhatcha think ? paid $29 for it .........can I turn it over for $100? ......( what with other expenses, I have to be able to get at least 3 times what I paid for it ....hopefull more because I got lucky ....but minimum 3x else I should be worki
