- I purchased this watch for my dad for father's day, and he was very excited to begin a vigorous workout session and track his heartrate and calories burned. I think it was a hit, both as a watch, and a training tool.

Movado 0606548 wrist watches news:
I wanted to share this story with you all about my father¡¯s 1675 Rolex GMT Master. In 1966, my dad was drafted into the army at the tender age of 20 during the Vietnam War. After going to Fort Dix NJ for basic training he was sent down to Fort Lee Virginia to receive special training for a new computer system called the NCR 500 which, as he describes it, was a computer the size of a small room. It was the newest technology at the time, to track army supplies. The option he was given was to take the assignment and get shipped off to Vietnam to run these computers or don¡¯t take the assignment, get shipped off to Vietnam anyway and get put into infantry. As an educated man he choose the former. He took his time in training and excelled, moving up the ranks from corporal then to sergeant in nine months time. When training was all done he and 11 other fellow officers that were to work on these NCR 500¡¯s went to San Francisco to be deployed. These men were to arrive in Vietnam and be spread
Hey everyone,I've got an Orange Knight on bracelet I'd like to put on a strap. However, with the lug's being 15mm tapering out, I can't seem to find anywhere to get a strap for it. I'd like the kind that "cut-out" the lug area and flow with the outside of the lugs, but have the 15mm cut-outs to fit into the lugs.Other than Seiko direct, any ideas? Thanks!
With my rotation, even with 80 hours of power reserve won't keep them running between wearing a. Orbita's database says a winder should be set for CCW, 800 turns per day. Assuming this is accurate, would it make a difference if my winder's closest setting is 864 turns per day? Would it be a good idea to let them sit for a day or so before putting them on a winder? Should I just forget about the winder and set it and give it 20 or so winds when I put one on my wrist? Thanks , Scott
Some historical significance in these watches. The Explorer line was inspired by his (and Sherpa Tensing's) achievement of reaching the summit of Mt Everest in 1953.Happy bidding, WTF members.Link to story is here
