Breitling Basel Preview: Avenger Seawolf Chrono Blacksteel Limited Edition
At Baselworld 2010, Breitling will unveil a special version of the Avenger Seawolf Chrono ¨C the only chronograph that is watertight and fully operational at a depth of 1,000 meters or 3,300 feet. The new Blacksteel limited edition features a 45.4 mm steel case sporting a black carbon-based treatment. The standout feature however is Breitling’s patented magnetic pushpiece system. This system, a Breitling exclusive, activates the chronograph controls through the metal of the case, without any direct mechanical contact. This approach circumvents the Achilles heel found in traditional chronograph cases – the holes in the case and the mechanical pusher-movement interface. Breitling’s unique system eliminates the holes, allowing this chronograph to function at extreme depths. This diver’s chronograph is also equipped with a decompression valve and a glareproof sapphire crystal for optimal readability. Breitling’s SuperQuartz caliber provides a level of accuracy

I think my speedy pro purchase is going to have to wait
It looks like the Speedy Pro that I was hoping to purchase this month is turning more into an elusive grail piece than I originally anticipated (unless uncle same delivers an unexpectedly large tax return). Due to a dying furnace that needs replacing, an exterior paint job, some other home projects that need doing, plus the fact that my business didn't set any records last year has led me to realize that my beloved speedy is going to have to wait.I'd like to thank everyone on this forum for responding to any of my post lately and for all of your discussion in the past. I have been a lurker on these forums for a long time, so all of your discussion with or without me have helped me realize what my true grail watch is, so thanks!There is always next year.Dave

Oris BC4 Der Meisterflieger
It arrived yesterdayit's my rarest watch, but it's beautiful, you simply don't feel or get bothered by the crown at 2 o'clock...I'm loving it and it's also not so big, just like it has to be I was taking pics of all the kit, but the batteries gone dead so I'm posting what I was able to takeanyway I will describe all the contents...First of all, it's the biggest watch box I have, it measures 11 x 11 inches, with 4 inches tall This is because it carries a nice handbag with all the pilot's stuff inside...It has these inside:Flight plan handbook/notepad with belt for attaching to the leg I guess (I'm not a pilot :D)Pencil with the Oris logoHard cover manualSwitzerland mapWarranty cardOther stuff like My Oris promotional cardStand for the watch with the Oris logo, in black leatherThe case also has embroidered logo on the front as showed in the picture, and the Oris emblem/coat of arms in a side pocketit's a nice case for carry by handAlso, and I guess it's a new feature of Oris, the warran

hi guys I have a dilemma, according to my wife I can only have 2 watches of this price point (she always exaggerates) 😂😂😂 I have narrowed it down to these 3 choices:1. 26470or 42mm ROO Rose Gold on Strap (which I currently have)2. 26401ro 44mm ROO rose Gold/Ceramic currently looking for one3. 26078io ROO Barrichello in Ti of course I want all three, but that's not an option (according to my wife) What 2 pieces would you choose and why?
