Movado 0606131 wrist watches news:
Hey guysDid you know that Einstein did own a Longines pocket watch?iI read this from the Longines website...However!!!My AD has one, made of stainless steal....I know that Longines does not make pocket watches anymore cause they are not in their site not even in their brochures...So is there any possibility that the pocket watch that my AD sells might be so old??? its about 500 euros!!!
I don't want to offend anyone but to me, Rolex watches have always seemed greatly overpriced and over valued. I mean, is a $5,000 Rolex really 10 times better than a $500 model from another another maker of quality watches or 20 times better than a $250 one? When I say better, I mean in terms of accuracy, reliability, and endurance. I highly doubt it. Personally, I would never pay more than $200 these days for a new watch and that would be really stretching the budget. $100 would probably be as high as I would go when I can get a reliable and highly accurate quartz model for $25 to $50 that would last for years. On antique or Vintage models, it's a different story of course. I'm talking about new.
I had always thought that my Omega cal 600 had tritium lume on the dial considering the fact that it was produced in 1960, however i have never been totally sure.
Hi all,I have a blue seamaster pro that I've been wearing for a bit over a year. I truly love this watch, and the bracelet, but lately I've been thinking it might look good on a blue rubber or leather strap...Has anyone done this, I'd love to see what this beauty looks like on a strap if anyone can indulge me with some pictures. Also any info on where to buy a strap for an SMP would be much appreciated! Thanks all!
After scrolling through the Modified Rolex thread and seeing everybody post pictures of their Rolex without a Cyclops as well as the current SS boom we've had I'm curious...Why hasn't the SD4K's value rose much? From my knowledge it appears to be a short production run for the world of Rolex ('14-'17)?Would love to hear opinions as to why you believe the value hasn't gone crazy the past few months, and do you think it will ever?Happy Friday!
