Omega Omega 12097 wrist watches news:
The controversial watch is back! Not too long ago Romain Jerome released the Titanic DNA Day & Night watch. It was the watch that didn't tell the time. Instead, it had two tourbillon cages. One that spun during the AM hours, while the other spun during PM hours. That was the sole use of the watch. It looked really look, and collectors everywhere fascinated by the concept. Now, less than a year later the Romain Titanic DNA Day & Night watch 2 has been announced and will be unveiled at Basel. The best part of the new watch? It now tells the time. The movement again is the RJ ONE made by BNB Concepts for Romain Jerome. The watch will be limited to only 9 pieces, and share the same traits as the original with some design tweaks. Notable is the more "aged" appearance and refined looks. The first Day & Night watch was a surprise hit, and it was actually one of Romain Jerome's retailers that requested another Day & Night watch. Because the original was a limited edition, they w
This year is a big year for Montblanc and the ExoTourbillon. They have released three watches with the ExoTourbillon movement: the TimeWalker ExoTourbillon Minute Chronograph, the 4810 ExoTourbillon Slim 110 Years, and now the ExoTourbillon Slim. The Slim is slightly different than the previous two ExoTourbillon watches in the fact that it features the caliber MB 29.21 movement which is the new movement released for SIHH this year. 1 OF 2 The caliber MB 29.21 ExoTourbillon movement is automatic and propelled by a micro-rotor and is decorated with the Côtes de Genève en Enventail motif. The micro-rotor was put into place in order to show off the movement more through the sapphire crystal case back. ADVERTISEMENT The movement is 4.5 mm in height. The ExoTourbillon Slim also features the start-stop seconds feature, which is activated by a whip that stops the large screw balance and restarts it on demand. All the functions are
Anyone have an eye on something new? If so, whacha lookin' at?
GW500A-1V for the atomic option or the G2900F-1V.I like the smaller size of these two watches in comparison to some of the larger faced G-Shocks. I am going to have to be able to wear this watch while having a lab coat and gloves on without the watch causing the coat to ride up.Thanks for any input! And I have tried on these two models, as well as, a few others at a Kohls so I at least of seen them in person before.
I have always wanted a high precision quartz watch and they don't come much higher than this ( most owners quote real world timing to be somewhere between +5/10 seconds a year and the lower figure being the norm!Thermocompensated and acknowledged to be one of the finest quartz movements ever made...And now it is mine!My AD gave me an offer I simply could not refuse and this watch is stunning in every way and shape, the finish is one of the finest I have seen in a watch, Omega have really pulled the stops out with this one, it is a shame ETA have now discontinued the movement. So here ladies and gentlemen is my Omega constellation double eagle perpetual calendar (what a mouthfull!)In one of the pictures it appears the second hand does not hit the marker, that is an optical illusion as it hits the marker with absolute precision!
