Omega 123.50.35.20.13.001 wrist watches news:
hi guys. i know, i knowi said that i wasn't going to buy any new hamiltons.BUT, i found this:this one is my restoration project. upon doing some research i found that watches using the 982 movement were the : brock, brockton, Ross, Gilman. The Ross and Gilman are with the hinged lugs though any thoughts on the identity of this watch?
I am very new to the watch craze and recieved a Jazzmaster openheart as an engagement watch. I would really like to pass this watch down to my future children some day. I really need assistance and advice on how to treat this watch well. I have read about "caging" the movement during the night? what is this? and what does it achieve? any information on this and other tips would be greatly appreciated.thanks in advance.
Hi I'm new here, this is my first post,I am considering this piece, any one got any thoughts on this AP any one own one! I am considering upgrading from my 44mm steel, ceramic, not sure about the gold dial, any comments welcome.CheersTony
Looking at possibly purchasing a pre-owned, early 2010 vintage, 5712/1A from the original owner. Was worn in rotation for the first year or so and pretty much been sitting in a safe ever since.Should I expect this watch will need servicing soon? If so, what would you estimate cost and the time it will be off my wrist to be?Thanks, guys.
Anybody got one they can share? Been off the forum or a while, really considering getting onesteve
