Omega 1586.70.00 wrist watches news:
I am talking about this watch because people are going to notice it and wonder, "what is going on here?" Well nothing really fancy to be honest, aside from some engineering gear fun. While the concept of a clover and square shaped gear might be odd, it works. You can see in the video exactly how if you aren't too mechanically minded. Maurice Lacroix talks about the watch as though they just invented a time machine - but luxury brands are all about hyperbole, so I can forgive them (to an extent). Ahem, have a listen: "Maurice Lacroix has chosen its flagship Masterpiece line to open a new dimension in watchmaking" (I giggle and snicker). "This is a response to the brand's ambition to take design and the mastery of watchmaking even further." WowOK Maurice Lacroix all this for a few gears? I mean the watch is neat looking, but it doesn't really offer a dynamic change to the game.Movement is a Maurice Lacroix made ML 153 manually wound movement which is in-house made. It has 48 hours of pow
How about some honest reveiws of this historic watch. I have read reviews of many watches but I would like to hear from some of the people on this board. I am now trying to figure out if I should get the Speedmaster Moon or the Seamaster Diver Chrono.Opinions Please.
Seikos are not the only watches that look great on aftermarket straps/bracelets. Since I have seen too many Monsters and 007s on Watchadoos, mesh bracelets, Zulus and Bonds, and not many Citizens, I decided to try a Bond strap on my Skyhawk Blue Angels, Limited Edition. Here is the result:I am very pleased. IMHO it looks great, and it's much more comfortable. Function wise, it is much better than the leather strap (can't comment on the bracelet). Why? Because it is a multifunction watch that uses the crown to switch between functions, and you have to engage the crown from the back of the watch, with your fingernail. Switching functions for someone with big fingers (or short fingernails) might have been a problem with the leather strap, and the constant pulling would have shortened it's life. The heavy duty nylon Bond resists pulling and since the holes are closer to each other, affords a more custom fit without the watch being too loose. The strap size for this watch is a weird 21mm. I
