Omega 431.33.41.21.02.001 wrist watches news:
Imagine my surprise to look down at my two tone GMT - MASTER II Rolex for the time and see it naked and missing the Bezel. It was there an hour earlier and I really did not remember banging into anything. Fast forward, took it to Kern's in Burlingame, CA where I purchased it a few short years ago for a repair estimate. They said it had to be sent to Rolex, No Prob. Then even more surprising than ever was the phone call a week later to learn It would be a whopping $1900 to put on a new Bezel....That would include an internal service of $900 and $1000 for the Gold Bezel. Both prices seem, well, Surprising!! If I knew that buying a new rim for my car would cost me 1/4 the price of the whole car, i'd probably pick a different car.....
Hi guys,I'm thinking about a possible trade and would like to have your opinions. Here is the deal ;I will get ;LNIB AP RB2 Rose Gold Limited of 257 piecesBNIB AP Michael Schumacher Titanium Limited of 1000 piecesand I will give ;AP Michael Schumacher Rose Gold Limited of 500 piecesRolex 11610LV HulkIWC Top Gun Chronograph Ref. IW388001+ CashWithout thinking about the cash needs to be paid, does this look a logical trade for you guys, for the sake of a collection? I really love my MS Rose Gold, but I also love the titanium one (and actually thinking titanium fits better to the general motorsports concept) and thinking to get one eventually even if this trade does not work and the RB2 is a more limited piece (257 vs 500).And also what would be a reasonable cost to pay for this deal on my end? What do you think?Thank you!Salih
Stopped by the Omega Boutique today and picked up a new watch Thanks to Jane and the staff at the Vancouver store for looking after me as always! The ceramic case (according to the Vancouver Boutique) is laser sculpted from a single piece of ceramic. It's very lightweight and comfortable despite its large size.A better look at the strap. It's actually quite supple and very comfortable. They changed it from the earlier display models that were at the boutiques, the new design is much more supple and not as stiff. The underside is lined with black leather and the area around the adjustment holes is some kind of rubber. The beautiful in-house 9300It's only been with me for a few hours, but i'm very impressed with it so far! The fit and finish is superb and i'm more impressed with the strap than I thought I would be. Omega's in house movements are in my opinion some of the nicest and most beautiful production movements in the industry. My only complaints so far is that it doesn't ha
So I've been offered a 5726 on bracelet and a 5712r. I don't want both. I like the Rose gold on the 5712r but don't like the power reserve or the fact it has no date or sweep seconds. The cons on the 5726 are it's not precious metal and I feel the case would be too similar to my Aquanaut. But I like the annual calendar and the layout of the dial.Tough decision. I'm buying one. Both brand new from AD. Help!
Hey guys,I'm thinking about purchasing a PAM that comes with neither the instruction nor warranty booklet. The price is accordingly lower by about 400. Seller is well-regarded on this forum, so I don't have any concerns. I will not be trading this watch. Any reason why I should not take this bite?
