Versace 13C99D001-S099 wrist watches news:
This one was high if not on top of my wishlist. And now at last I have one...Meet my ''new'' 1949 bumper, cal 342 inside.Freshly serviced and ''bumping'' on my wrist.Man am I happyThese wonderful oldies always make me smile...
Hi everyone,My wife did not know what to get for christmas so of course i suggested another vintage watch. So Santa is bringing me a 9ct gold Tissot, calibre number 781 dating from 1964, from a Vintage Watch dealer on eBay at a cost of ¡ê195 which i thought was reasonable for this watch, especially in a gold case Tissot.jpg
So, I tell myself no more vintage watches for a while, then I see this. I resist for months, price keeps dropping. Then I figure if the watch expert gives it a clean bill of health,,,,, he did. New croc strap, good to go. This time I mean it, no more watches,,,,, for a while.Spider 011.jpgSpider 021.jpgSpider 031.jpgSpider 030.jpg
Acquired an OR for the Breitlings I have and loving it so far!
As a new owner of a Rolex, can anyone educate me on the serial number. I bought from an AD, and other than that number being sold (I assume this is why the AD swiped the warranty card), does Rolex know it was sold to me? If so, how? Does it just go to Rolex as being a AD sold piece? Also, is there some sort of meaning to the serial number like a manufacturing date.
