- Very pleased that I ordered this watch! Beautifully designed and stylish watch. The weight of the watch is nice and the size is perfect on the wrist, not too or large. I am looking forward to purchasing the white watch as well!

Omega 413.25.22.60.08.001 wrist watches news:
In 1986 a man had a genius idea to wear a clock around his neck. That man was Mr. William Jonathan Drayton Jr. otherwise known as the musician Flavor Flav. This remarkable idea became a signature look of his on and off-stage persona. So much so that one today cannot separate the man from the clock. In 1984 Flavor Flav was part of the new musical group Public Enemy. Who, in the latter part of the 1980s helped usher in the era of hip hop and rap into the mainstream through socially aware songs and a energetic sound which offered a suitably fascinating contrasting sound which complimented rock and roll as the music of choice for an entire generation.Unbeknownst to himself, Flavor Flav is a frequent topic of discussion and reference point in the watch lover community. His large, neck-worn timepieces offer a fantastic comparison point when attempting to phrase, in real-world terms, the hyperbolistic size of a large wrist watch.? Without this cultural icon, watch lovers everywhere would be i
A few of you know that I have a love for fixing old wind up clocks and giving them new life. The movements are much easier to see! The word is out that I will fix a clock that people cannot afford to fix...I just did one clock for a friends Mom...She was so happy....The clock was a wedding present and it stopped running the week her husband died. I returned it to her running and she literally cried. We proceeded to talk about clocks and watches and I mentioned Hamilton (of course). She ran into another room and came out with a Hamilton (1970's?)watch. She said she gave it to her husband but he hardly wore it because it was too large! She wanted me to have it because she had kept his favorite watch! My friend "twisted my arm" and verified his Dad never wore it! So here it is...#21 in my Hamilton collection!Rusty...if you would please...Check out the great Ren¨¦ Rondeau book to give me any info I could get on this..Hamilton Electric you are welcome to comment too (please).Several things
I bought my Seamaster 222080 from a trusted fellow TRF member. Watch is great and running in excellent condition -1 +1 on a daily basis. He said it was previously serviced at an Omega AD abot 5-6 months ago by the previous owner. Which is great considering I dont have to service it in a few years. However, my issue is that this AD did a sloppy job in the cleaning. On the inside of the saphirre crsyrtal you can see cloth streaks (you know as if you cleaned it with a dirty cloth) It is only noticeable when the light hits it at a certain angle though. It is on the whole crystal, man that gets to me!!! What can I do to get this fixed? Do I call Omega? This irritates me and again, it is NOT the TRF members fault but that AD that did this sloppy job!
My new 5270g-019Still sealed, just waiting for the right time to open it, probably very soon. Even through the plastic, the blue is amazing. And a few goodies from the dealer--- an extra Patek strap and the hardcover Patek Collection book.
My fianc¨¦ is quite envious of my new DJ41, and in order for me to justify a bluesy at any point in the next year or two I believe I¡¯ll have to get her a nice gift as well. Can also use all these upcoming life events as great justification. ;-)She¡¯s poked around on the Rolex website and is quite interested in the 116234. DJ36 with jubilee bracelet, white mother of pearl face w/bling inside.I feel like this won¡¯t be a common model to stumble across at an AD. How long would I need to expect to wait once ordered? Trying to build myself a plan around the timing...and how I plan to pay for all this.
