Omega 42420372002001 wrist watches news:
On September 9th, 2015, I will be participating in another AMA (ask me anything) session with the /r/Watches Subreddit community on Redditwatches-dealer. The last AMA I did with the watch community on Reddit was actually back in 2012 (when this site was still called aBlogtoRead). Years later, it is now time to do another AMA session, as the watch community on Reddit (as well as watches-dealer) has significantly grown. What happens during an AMA? Well AMA sessions get a lot of press because Reddit regularly holds them with all manners of important people and celebrities. The idea is for an audience base of a particular person to have an opportunity to quite literally ask them anything. This can be about the person themselves, their work, their experiences, or anything else related to Ariel Adams and watches-dealer. I personally take the AMA experience seriously and will dedicate as many hours as it takes to answer everyone as thoroughly as possible, especially considering our own policie
OK, so there's far too many to create a poll, but let's here what your favorite Rolex is for each of the metals. Everyone's allowed only one selection for each style, so you have to pick one. What's your favorite Rolex in:Stainless steelStainless steel & gold (two-tones)Yellow goldWhite goldEverose goldPlatinumWhat's your favorite model in each above? While you're only allowed one favorite for each metal, you can have the same model in more than one category if you wish.Let's hear those favorites!
Hi all, I'm not sure if I've posted in the oris section before. If I did it was drooling over your watches. I've wanted an oris for a few years now, but never seemed to have enough $. I'd jump on deals on Invicta, Croton, seiko...Not bad watches but ready to move up a notch from my Hamilton khaki aviation tachymeter (which I love and is the flagship of my meeger fleet). It seems to me the Oris brand is the likely move. One problem is choosing the right one.So far I'm leaning toward the small seconds. Either the "black with orange indices, stainless bracelet", or that magnificent blue w/ S.S. . I LOVE the blue, but the orange is so unique. A skeleten back would be nice but I think thats only available on the Diver Date or the more expensive models. That would be one suggestion I'd like to hear from you. The next is where to purchase. Not any AD's close to me, so internet would be preferred. From what I read around here "muttley" (or Shayne I believe) seems to be the "go to guy". I'
I came across this seiko 5 sports watch with the original box and certificate purchased in thailand dated oct.10th 1969. both wath and certificate have matching numbers. the watch works date, time ect. but original watchband has one piece of the link missing on the band. i was just wondering what it might be worth? im thinking maybe little more value with box and certificate from thailand.. please help? thank you
Been thinking for a while now about taking the step up to an AP or a Patek. Royal Oak vs Nautilus. Have tried both on and while I always leant towards PP the AP 15400 with the black dial looks like it could be the winner. I tried the watch on for a second time today but again left without it. I have always been a Rolex only guy and still have a few doubts. I am used to strapping on my explorer 2 or a datejust and not worrying about it. I don't want to spend what is to me a huge sum on the AP and only wear it on special occasions. Is the Royal Oak robust enough to wear on a daily basis? Can I get it wet (swimming etc) AP say yes on their website but what have others found? Are the serving costs as bad as I have heard? Thanks.
