Omega Omega 1750 wrist watches news:
I just bought a Hamilton "automatic chronograph" yesterday from a local jewlerly store. It was used, purchased by the store from an estate sale. This is my first mechanical watch and was perchased as gift to myself for graduating college. I really wanted to get a watch that would last me through my career. I was drawn to it by the traditional look, and the fact that it contained swiss movement. Have little knowlege about these watches, their reputation, or the service/care needed for them, I wanted to post on here to get some feedback from those of you who know vastly more than I. Please just give some general information about this watch, your opinion of it, and any "need to knows" that you are willing to share. Thank you in advance for sharing your knowledge.==Matt
I'd like to have this diver with a white face/black markers instead of black w/white markers. Anyone seen one like this? If so, what would it cost to have a reputable shop do the swap? Thanks.

Hi, just been trying my Rolex Non-Date Sub on various leather straps and I think that this it looks best on a Hirsch Liberty, but would like your opinions as to whether it looks good in your eyes, or am I being delusional in my thoughts! And before anyone asks, yes it is a 22mm strap that I have shoe-horned onto 20mm lugs! Many thanks in advanceMark
What more is there to do on your 5,000th post than update everyone on your SOTC. Here¡¯s a brief pictorial of the current collection. I¡¯m not sure what¡¯s next. I might hold out for the PepsiC when it comes to Rolex... I¡¯d love to add a 5711 or a 5712 but who knows how long that will take...I¡¯ve thought about a Patek. 5396R-012 also. I think I should consider a dress watch and that¡¯s one of my favorites. As my good friend Jerry Garcia once said, ¡°What a long strange trip it¡¯s been¡± Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
