- The watch looks better than on TV. Lots of sparkle around the face with the stones and the 4 number markers are all large and make it easy to see the time without my cheeters! Love it!!

Omega ST 345.0809 wrist watches news:
ImageUploadedByTapatalk1348787892.325322.jpgMy dad recently passed away and I have one of his Omega's. The crown is broken, but it runs if its shook. I think it's from the late 50's or early 60's. I'm looking to do a quick service & maybe polish the crystal, but not a full restoration. I live in Houston, so I could take to the Omega boutique. Would that make sense or should I try to find a local watchmaker a referral from WTF?He has another Seamaster from this era plus a Deville from the 90's that my mom couldn't find. So I'll have a couple more to service..Any advice would be helpful & appreciated. Thanks
I made a video guide on programming a Siena 1 winder.
So i was browsing in the Omega form some of the pics that a member posted of his dive watches last year and amoung them was a green Alpha which looked similiar to the Rollie Sub. Thought it looked nice so I went searching and came across this watch. I am wearing my PO today and I don't have this exact model pictured below but the bracelet dial and face seem to be very similiar. In your opinion where should companies draw the line between an Omage to another watch? If they did not use Orange or White for the 12,9,6 maybe I would not have a problem with it but even the font seems similiar. Also do any another any other members here have a watch from this company? It looks like the watches all have 21 jewel movements.[/IMG]
I am sorry if this was already covered but my search did not come up with anything on this topic.I know that the 1861/63 movement is rated at 48hrs power reserve but mine seems to have far less. I am just wondering how yours REALLY get with a full wind?
Anyone else see patekaholic's post regarding the 20th anniversary of the Aquanaut:https://.instagram/p/BRxNASGlqA_/Any corroborating info out there? Other rumors?
