- I love this watch! It goes with everything and the black-on-black color is so sleek and sophisticated. I get compliments from men and women every time I wear it (and I wear it all the time to work and on the weekends).

Omega Omega 4538 wrist watches news:
Got this one today and have the red & black one still on the way! First impression is WOW! I love it. Hefty and rugged and the strap is super soft. The finish looks superb and the lume is not too bad. It has a Miyota 8205 (no hack but it is handwindable) auto movement. I like this movement but I wish it had the TY-2806 (hack & handwind) auto movement instead.Been drooling over this one for a while and it should be here by the weekend! It has the TY-2806 movement.I'll post pics of the whole family when they get here. Probably won't keep them all but I wanted to take a look at them first and then decide later.Cheers, gigfy
orry, couldn't help myself. I know, I know, I sound like Dobie Gillis (for those old enough to remember) :@) Kurt
I've found a rare one in Greece I'd like to buy from a reputable dealer. However, there are not what appear to be good safe options to get it from here to there. Here's what the dealer tells me:"It is a pretty complicated matter but in short it has to do with Greek laws that oblige us to issue a specific type of invoice which international Customs do not accept and no courier here can ship it outside the EU.We have an alternative methods which is by the National Post, very reliable but cannot be tracked online, the problem is that they only insure packages for specific amounts depending on the country. For USA, they don't accept insurance at all, so it would only be registered post, with the risk this brings in the unlikely event something happens to the package."Any suggestions as to how we can accomplish this other than getting on a plane?
Hello everyone!!Being a bit confused for quite awhile now becouse i love the SS Chronomat but in my wrist i found it way to bling and the fact that the bracelet is so polished, makes me clean the watch everytime i touch it so it wont be full of fingerprints.. So i found a great solution! I thinking about purchasing the same watch (Chronomat) but with the Blackbird brushed bracelet! The Question i ask all of you WIS is if the Blackbird brushed bracelet fits the Chronomat range, and obviously if it can be bought apart from the blackbird modelThank you so much By the way some photos:(Blackbird)(Chronomat)
Sorry if this is an obvious question. It seems to me that the latest generation of mesh bracelets for the Planet Ocean models is a lot different than the previous version. I am asking because I have not been able to locate a current generation mesh model in my area to compare. The previous version with the spring adjustable diver extension was very cool but rather bulky. It seems they have gone away from that style for something less bulky. Is this the case or am I totally missing something? How do they compare? Which do you guys prefer?
