Buddy got a sea dweller, but no paperwork
A friend of mine recently received a rolex sea dweller from his work for reaching some sales goals. Most of the guys got subs but he got a sea dweller and it came with the box and manual, but nothing else. No other paperwork came with it and what's he going to do if it has an issue? Does that mean they got it gray market or do I need to inspect it as a fake? I wouldn't think they would get them fake rollies but you never know.

Just got my speedmaster back from the Jewellers (the stopwatch function wasnt working correctly) just thought Id take some pics for you. I got her with my first pay packet in 1990 when I joined the RAF. Its seen active service, thats where the bumps and bruses came from I think, but keeps excellent time. Good day all!So I borrowed my uncle's PP 5711 Blue Dial nautilus.My friend noticed I wasn't wearing one of my usual watches and asked me about it.He then asked me how much it costs, and was surprised when he learned it was a SS watch, at that price.He didn't deny how beautiful it is of course. Was just surprised one wouldn't go for a full gold or WG Rolex at that price range - especially since there really aren't any complications on it.He then asked me what is so special about this watch ?I am curious how you guys would have answered this question! :)
