PO Bezel Issue
I have already contacted Maria and my PO will be sent off to Bienne in the upcoming days. It is unfortunate that such a new watch (Dec of 07) has to be sent already. As some of you may know, a while ago I discovered that the 0 on the 30 calendar number was chipped. Now my bezel has gone in both direction and is so difficult to move that it hurts your fingers. I am not sure how this bezel movement problem has occured considering that I have not dropped nor banged my PO. I am wondering if any of you have had to send in your watch to Bienne, for whatever reason, and how your experience was with them? How long did it take or usually takes? What needs to be sent and what is the best way to send the watch? Thanks all

Winding a manual Hamilton
this may seem like a silly question. But how many times should one "wind" a manual Hamilton? Should you wind it until it will not wind anymore and is "tight"? Or should one wind it a certain number of times back and forth? I usual wind my about 10 times.Also, how long should a manual Hamilton run once it is "wound up"? does it vary by Hamilton movement type?

7750 running (very) fast ??
Hi allI'm trying to find input as to possible cause,of a Valjoux 7750,running fast. Much faster than a matter of just,seemingly needing adjustment. I have purchased a used "Swiss Made" Diver Chrono,12 hr version,that arrived as described. Everything is as said to be,I have no issue in that area. All functions work as they should,the cosmetics,are very good. The movement is running very fast..a gain of 1sec every min...is my finding. The seller stated that the watch was running fast. In 24 hrs it's gained about 35 mins. This (I feel) is way outside anything that a standard timing adjustment could correct. I have not had the watch to a jeweler yet. I've just received it,and trying to get some ideas of possible cures/causes,for it running this fast. In two diff forums,I've seen mention of movements becoming magnetized,and causing this fast running.. However.I have no experience with this magnetizing issue,and would like opinions.
