Girard-Perregaux adds a beautiful new piece to their 1966 collection: the 1966 Chronograph. This traditional column wheel chronograph measures 40mm in diameter and displays elapsed time via a central chronograph seconds and 30 minute counter. The dial includes a tachometric scale. The movement comprises 304 parts including 38 jewels and is visible through a sapphire display back. The MSRP is $24,000 and the watch will be available in March.Technical Specifications ? I've had my Oris Divers date for about 3 week's now. I put it back in it's case at 6:00pm on the 17th. It died at 11:24pm on the 18th. That is 29 hours and 24 min's...........far short of the 38 hours that it should have. Defective?
Hi all, thought I'd start the sunday off by posting pics of my 2 babies, usually one is in the bank vault so for once they're together why not make a few pics of them and post them for my fellow TRFers, so here you go and don't hesitate to post pics of your own on this sunday morning, you know that all fellow members are pichahoolics here so the more the better, so post some and I wish you all a great sunday P1000776.JPGP1000777.JPGP1000778.JPGP1000780.JPGP1000781.JPG
Happy Monday all. Forgive me if this has been covered in the past but I¡¯m wondering if anyone can shed some light regarding non AD purchases. Between the wife and I, we have purchased 8 Rolex time pieces and all have been through ¡°Authorized Dealers¡±. I¡¯m in the market for another watch, and I see one can save considerable money if bought on the gray market. My main concern is warranty (I hear conflicting info), and also, I¡¯ve been told (by an AD by the way) that if Rolex knows you bought a watch at a discount, and it goes in for service, they will add charge you the difference. Thank you in advanced for your time :)For reference; 16610 (1997), 16613 (1999), 16610lv (2007), 326938 (2017), 126600 (2017), Pelagos in house movement. Wife has a TT OP and a YM platinum bezel.
Hey guys, I found a good deal on a 18038 that I'm considering buying even though I already have a 118238. The seller sent me a couple of pictures and the bracelet is in good condition for being an old watch. My only is concern is the dial. I don't think factory diamond dials came with the Roman numeral track, but with lume plots instead. From what I've seen the Roman numeral track belongs to stick dials. I've looked at so many watches that I tend to notice when something is off but I know some of you can tell right away. What do you think? Worth it or pass?https://ibb.co/jvBgEb
