Omega 2900.51.82 wrist watches news:
Click to view inviteHarry Winston had a really strong showing at Basel this year, and we're not even talking about the undisputed star of the show, the Opus Eleven.? You can tell the brand is paying a lot of attention to timepieces, and as CEO Fr¨¦d¨¦ric de Narp said in his presentation to us, it's amazing to see what Harry Winston has accomplished in only 20 years of watchmaking. The Harry Winston 2011 collection is expansive, and while the Opus is surely the focal point, the rest of the pieces are rather refined, and supremely elegant.? We'll be highlighting a few of them over the coming weeks, but in the mean time, we would like to invite you to view the entire collection in New York City. The full Harry Winston collection will be on display on Wednesday April 27 and Thursday April 28 at the HW boutique on 5th ave from 10am-6pm both days. If you are interested in coming in to see it, send a note to RSVP@HarryWinston and let them know when you'll be there.? We promise you, you won't want

Hey, Omega gang!Happy to say my watch arrived last Friday! Super busy week, as I was fortunate enough to also get my hands on a white Daytona C, as I posted in the last few days over at the Rolex section.Being a sucker for blue, I think this one is just gorgeous. Granted, it's not a faithful rendition of the original, but rather a piece inspired by the CK2998 from the past. Regardless, the result looks so nice that I really don't mind the mere throwback nature of this LE.My local AD was great and I got a nice swag package as well. The cherry on top, though, was that he gave me two tickets to watch the Olympic soccer quarter-finals between Germany and Portugal as an Omega guest. Now THAT WAS AWESOME didn't wear the CK, but had my SM300 on to honor the invite.Anyways, here are some pics of it all!
Hey TRF, I need some help in deciding on which of these will be my next timepiece. I am considering the Omega Seamaster 2264.50.00. (first choice) This is the quartz version of the Seamaster with the black bezel and dial..omegawatches/fileadmi...g/22645000.gifOr The Tag Heuer Aquaracer automatic WAB2010.BA0804, S/S with the black bezel and dial? ww2.tagheuer/_images2005/...010.BA0804.jpgWhat do you think?
Not only did it took several years, it also costed me savings, other watches I had to sell, and arm and a leg, kidney's etc :-)But when AD called me and told me my watch finally arrived I forget about the watches I sold and couldn't stop smiling it looks good when you see pics on the net but irl ¡. a MASTERPIECEthe back isn't bad neither LOL but in case of such a watch, it's all about the dial
