Omega 2210.52.00 wrist watches news:
Well, another addition to my little family. A little while Milos mentioned that he had one up for sale and I quickly took him up on it.The style has been growing on me and I was wondering how it would look on my wrist, the style and the size. It arrived last night and was waiting for me when I got home. I hadn't mentioned to my wife that it was coming and didn't know what her reaction would be since after the last purchase she had been adamant that there was to be no more watches (as if that'll happen!! :D ). Well, when I opened it and put it on her first words were that it look great!! So I'm all good!! The watch looks great on! I haven't had time to take any shots of my own, but Milos allowed me to post some of his shots, below. It is a large watch, but it sits on my 7 1/4 inch wrist pretty well. It has a separate timezone 24h hand, hours/min/sec and date with magnifier. It has a Chinese automatic movement and a slightly domed crystal. It has come with both straps pictured, I have
Opinions? Interesting design.Xezo Architect. Limited edition of 516 watches , automatic. $665This one's a quartz movement...Here's another of their offerings. ETA 7750 automatic chrono. Limited edition of 500. $860
have been eyeing the 15450 in YG for some time now.thought it'd be too small at 37mm, relative to the jumbo.but dammit if it doesn't wear oh so nicely.have a day-date president in YG (36mm), and the 15450 feels so much more substantial on wrist. having the DD has gotten me accustomed to enjoying sub-39mm sizes.but the heft and case lugs make the 15450 wear larger than 37.unsure if having 2 YG full bracelet watches is just too much.the DD is a perennial classic, understated and gentlemanly.whilst the 15450 is pure stunning... but the size allows it to be such without having to scream outloud for attention... which, IMO, might be the case if 40mm (given my wrist isn't particularly large at 7).as nice as the OR with grey dial is, the YG with blue is the clear winner for me.
Hello all- I recently picked up a new watch after wearing my other new watch, the ROO new navy 42mm as a daily. It's sat in the safe for about about 4 days now. I don't keep it on a winder but wound it about 55 times. Before I wound it, the chrono looked as if it didn't have much of a reserve and was stopping.Generally, whats the power reserve on these? Was I right to wind it 50+ times like I did? Thanks!
Hey All,I've seen this covered before but can't find a definitive answer. From what I've read, Radiomir straps won't fit the lug on a 44mm Luminor but it looks like they may fit the 47mm Luminors. Anyone have first hand success?Considering adding a second PAM to the collection but I'd love something that fits my current strap collection if possible. Thanks!
