- Easily readable, and still elegant. A larger than most womens watch face, with white numbers allow it to be read in most low light settings. Band could be lighter in style, but still feminine.

Omega 222.63.46.20.01.001 wrist watches news:
Hello again all.So much experience here, hopefully someone can help. First, the story on this watch. It's my father's, and the one that put the hook in me for watches. He bought it in Singapore in '59 or '60 while working his way around the world-sometimes as a diver. He wore it continously until the early 80's when the case seal was compromised and condensation got in. He threw it in the drawer, expecting it to be done for good. I rescued it about 16 years ago and sent it to the Omega dealer in Calgary for repair. They shipped it to a fellow in Vancouver who did the work. Luckily, the movement (501) was fine and only required a cleaning. He advised against redoing the dial so I have kept it original, water stains & all. He said he was unable to determine what the correct bezel should have been for this watch, so he installed the one you see on it.(it had no insert and was just a stainless, non-rotating ring. My wife made the bezel insert on her laser engraver). The bezel is the co
Hi Guys and Girls. I'm having a bash at posting a photo of my new Omega. I did initially go for the 42mm but it was way too small for my big wrist. My camera isn't that brilliant but what I'm really trying to show is the crystal. It's looks so transparent. You can see what I mean (sort of) in the foreground of the watch image. Anyway - I'm happy. Thanks everyone.Paul.

Hey All:I found this article about NASA and their choice of using the Omega Speedmasters for most of the trips to the moon..Seems as though they got picked because they were the best for the job...Makes sense to me (unliike most government decisions lately).Be safe..k4yk/watches/OmegaNAWCC.pdf
First off, I've been on this site for a couple years and have learned a great deal just by reading everyone's posts. I thank everyone for the knowledge. With that being said, I'm not sure which one to get her. A little background. She doesn't appreciate watches the way I do, but I also don't want to just buy for myself. She's not a big jewelry person, but does wear watches. She's very active and demanding on his jewelry. She's a hair stylist which means she works with chemicals and different hair products. She has a tiny wrist so I'm thinking 26 or 28. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks
