I can hardly complain, since it was one of their deeply discounted "scratch and dent/demo" models. The cup was loose, and would rub on the case, causing the watch to stop swinging after one swing. I got a very nice and helpful woman on the phone, who said it sounded like a cup assembly problem, and that they'd send me a new cup assembly right away. jump hour issue
I noticed today while using the jump hour function on my rolex explorer ii ref 216570, if i change the hour hand too much the minute hand starts moving and i have to reset the time. anyone else have this type of issue? should i take it in for a service or just have a watchmaker look at it?
