Omega 321.93.42.50.13.001 wrist watches news:
I chanced upon the Seiko MarineMaster 300m this evening while I was at the KLCC. So I tried it on wrist to see if this highly raved watch will be mine. (BTW I was hoping to see the Seiko Sumo for the third time...lol...I was smitten by the blue Sumo recently while in Singapore). The MM is a nice tool watch with good finish. The domed crystal's AR could be better imho. Overall a very serious high grade dive watch but it didnt really speak to me. There a few other nice JDMs at the same dealer, namely the Prospex Land Monster and the Flightmaster. But in my heart, the Sumo calls out. There's no Sumo here....so I am still clean....it's been 4 months since I last purchased a watch...lol.
Not just monetarily either so keep your eyes on the Sales Forum. I've got to get rid of the majority of my collection so a fire sale will be happening soon. I need to become a normal human again, and that means forsaking all this neurotic WIS behavior. I'm going to put the pictures of all dress watches (vintage or not) in one hat and pull a winner, then offer the rest for sale. It will be a pity but it's one important part in my own 12 step program. Next comes the sports watches - since my Breitling was a gift, it stays but the rest must go. I'll still keep my grandfather's Bulova and the Orange Monster as a beach/fishing beater. 4 watches. ONLY 4 WATCHES. That's all that's going to be left. As for the others: get'em while they're hot!
Hello everyone,First of all, this is my first post in this community, i hope i dont open this topic in a wrong section! I have a question about choosing a watch. i have up to 2000$ budged. Im looking for over 45 mm and automatic movement watches. Also looking mostly sporty or casual dress watches. i kinda find straps better instead of bracelets, i think they look more casual and sporty to me . This is going to my first serious watch so im pretty exited. I hope i told you guys enough information. If not i can answer any questions.i also wonder would it be a better start to get used watches? I like the grand carrera style but its way over my budget. I guess even used ones are way over my budget. :)Anyways, i hope i had a chance to explain my thoughts for what im looking for.Every comment every suggestions will be appreciated. Thanks
HiFor those that own a 5711 or other bracelet model Nautilus, how does the bracelet actually attach to the watch head?Im thinking aloud here - as the bracelet links obviously can attach to the watch head in some way using pins or screws etc, then why physically couldnt you attach a leather strap to the watch using the same type of fitment???Is it possible? Thanks
Good Day All,Whats your thoughts on PAM 233? Is it worth the 15K? How is the movement? I like the look of the glass! Thanks,Eric
