Omega Omega 47787 wrist watches news:
1935-36 WayneI've had this for a few years, but it's never been on my wrist 'cause the movement isn't running.1935 catalog
Was at the AD and came across what I think is quite a rare bird. The pictures don't do it justice. The skeletonised movement and engraving is breathtaking. Some pics of the display case. A good number of not too common watches here. I can give the details of a contact if anyone would like to know the AD. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Not only did it took several years, it also costed me savings, other watches I had to sell, and arm and a leg, kidney's etc :-)But when AD called me and told me my watch finally arrived I forget about the watches I sold and couldn't stop smiling it looks good when you see pics on the net but irl ¡. a MASTERPIECEthe back isn't bad neither LOL but in case of such a watch, it's all about the dial
I like both watches but one must go. The Daytona is at list and there¡¯s a buyer waiting for the decision. If the SD goes, I most likely will not be able to afford another. Thoughts and suggestions appreciated.
Hey all I've been researching the Explorer II 16570..it's my first potential Rolex watch and right now I am wondering how the resale would be if I was to purchase a pre-owned 16570 and sold it in a couple years to upgrade to a submariner 116610 or GMT 116710. Are these pre-owned Explorer IIs holding their value??
