- I didn't like that you couldn't read the face at all (too and on the black one not easy to see). It was plastic, and scratched the very first day. Very cheaply made, and not the typical quality you expect and usually receive.

Oris 637 7544 40 61 wrist watches news:
Back in December I raved about the very well-done Linde Werdelin Land Instrument. The curious watch computer was more than a futuristic digital module on your wrist. It was a senor laden array of features and important data. British Linde Werdelin created the Land Instrument to fit on top of its existing watch line, literally. The Land Instrument can be used alone, on its own watch strap, or mounted right on top of a Linde Werdelin Biformeter watch. Many claim that the Liden Werdelin Land Instrument is ahead of it's time, but I claim that if it "can be done," then do it. Linde Werdelin has done more than repackage what other computerized watch makers such as Suunto have done in a nicer and more luxurious package. The Land Instrument is actually a combination of senors and computational output. Among other things, the device has an internal compass, thermometer, altimeter, barometer, and hearth rate monitor. The idea is to measure body conditions as well as climate conditions. The Land I

GreetingsHere is a pocket watch I want to exhibit at your sight. My great grandmother gave it to my grandmother. From great grandmother's words, the watch belonged to her grandfather. From answers I have got, this pocket watch was supposedly made by Armond Schwob & Frere under Pateck brand name. The watch was a qualitative forgery of Patek Philippe brand, made with using 8 rubies and assembled into a solid gold case of 14 carats.Diameter of the case is about 3.4-3.5 cm, width - 8 mm. The watch is missing one of two hands, the stem and the bow. On the watch glass edges there are present chips. Presumably, the movement runs but nobody tried to run it.To let anyone interested know that such specimen existed, to submit the photos for history (until they are deleted from picture host site), here is what it looks like:I'm curios to hear any opinions on the watch on the whole and on its historical and material significance.Stas from Ukraine
Hey Guys,I'm new to the forum and just picked up a 26405CE. Does anyone know the length of the standard rubber strap provided on the watch? Thanks for the feedback.
