Oris 01 733 7533 4154 07 4 24 34EB wrist watches news:
I'm not sure whether we are allowed to put up links to live auctions (this one has 8 hours to run at the time of posting), but here's a nice pilot-shaped Memomatic up on eBay. I've always wanted one of these watches, particularly in this shape. This one seems to be in really good condition too. From what I gather, the pilot-shaped Memomatic appears to be much more rare than the cushion-shaped one, possibly because this version is more popular among collectors. If the aussie dollar wasn't so bad, I'd seriously consider buying this.Anyway, if anyone on this forum has one of these watches, could you possibly post up a wrist shot? My only fear is that this watch might be considered a bit small by today's popular stands.link removedOh, and in case the above link gets deleted, here's a photo of the watch in question (taken from the auction).
Just picked up a vintage Longines and I can't find much info about. Where does Longines locate the serial number? Any idea what the lever at the 6 o'clock position is used for? Any info about the watch would be helpful.ThanksBarryi170.photobucket/albums/u...ps226f96b3.jpg
I have this one plus one other just like it only in blue. It is a workhorse, Miyota movement, screws in links, push button divers clasp. I wear this all the time, the watch I go to when at home doing yard work or cleaning the pool. Best $129 watch I have.Anyone else have one, or any other Croton?
Today I was looking at a 15202 SS at a AD, tried it on and I am concerned about the size. Compared to the rest of my collection the Jumbo seems small, pun intended. (WG Sub, 5726, DDII Plat, SS Daytona, Breitling Nav). Also I picked up a ROO Safari today while I was there, love it will post a pick soon (my first AP!).I know that the 15202 is such a coveted piece but the 15400 and 26320 seem like a better fit. However, I do love the RG band, although having only seen it on the larger version and was thinking with the additional weight of the RG this might be a better fit/feel on the 15202.Why so little mention of the RG jumbo?
Hi,I hope I can get some pointers from you Guys here! How long have the rose gold 15300 been in production? How can I tell how old the watch is?Do they have some sort of arrangement like Rolex?
