How many of us (me included here) own more than one dive watch and yet NEVER go diving? I was thinking about this because I may, probably, almost for sure, am going to buy another dive watch today and I don't even own a pool, go to the lake or ocean. I've been lusting after the Swiss Army Dive Master 500 and there is a store in the mall with all their Swiss Army's on sale. The DM is 50% off. It's even the color I want: SS black dial. Oh well, I might get caught in the rain someday

How to apply loctite on screws?
Maybe a silly question...I have a Diver and I've always brought my watch to the boutique for bracelet/strap changes. It's far away though and pretty inconvenient. I have all the tools and I have different loctites (242, 243, 222MS), but I'm not sure how to apply the loctite. Do I just apply one very tiny drop on the female part of the thread of the screws and then screw it in? Am I over thinking this? Thanks for the help.

Omega Planet Ocean - any regrets?
Hi All,I am new to the forum! Super excited! lolI just wanted your thought about my next watch. I bought a 2014 subc date in June 2014 and I am already on the hunt for my next baby. The sub is my only serious watch and is my daily watch.I was thinking of getting a date just 2 with lilac numerals and smooth bezel (current model). At the same time I am particularly drawn to planet ocean 42mill ceramic black. I have never really thought about getting an omega but i quiet like the planet ocean. Just before you jump the gun and say buy what you like what i am after is constructive advice from anyone who has a planet ocean. I love the Sub and whenever i wear it i just think to my self this watch is epic and was well worth it. I do not want to be wearing the PO in a few months thinking the complete opposite. Hey folks, just wanted to take a minute to share something from the heart (please bear with me). Every Thanksgiving, as I reflect on the things I'm thankful for, 2017 was a little different for my family and I. We had a lot of ups and some very low lows. The biggest low was losing a very good friend of mine (whom I consider a brother) to cancer at a young age of 39. He was a very dear friend of my family and we all loved him. He and his family were doing what they loved (missionaries in Guatemala taking care of young, abused girls) and God called him home early. Life is short... nothing is guaranteed. So this thanksgiving, after a long year at work, I decided to go visit my grandmother in HK with my mom. As I sat there with my 91 y/o grandmother with my mom, I couldn't help but reminisce one of the last times we were here together.
