Help finding unconventional watch face/complication
A couple/few years ago an aquaintance showed me a watch where the numbers/face were not in sequence. I don't really know how to explain it but I'll try.Basically a normal watch face will have 12 at the top, 6 at the bottom and 3 on the right and 9 on the left, etc.This watch had the the numbers in a random order so not only were the numbers not in the right places, but they weren't even in sequential order. It made the watch extremely difficult to read and don't even try telling the time when you're drunk. It did make for very interesting WIS conversations. The hands would jump to the correct numbers to tell the correct time, but you had to concentrate to know what the time was. It was kind of a useless complication, but there must have been some extreme engineering to make it all work.I can't remember who made this watch and I lost contact with the aquaintance. 116710LN replacement clasp
I've had my clasp polished a few times on my GMT Master ll the metal on the clasp is still polishable and fine however I'm thinking in three or four years when I could do a complete service I may replace the clasp.I guess I shouldn't have had it polished but there isn't that much metal on it and once you polish it a few times it starts becoming thin the centre indentation, what is the cost of a new clasp or for that matter bracelet for one of these things anyone out there know
