Panerai PAM00287 wrist watches news:
The watches produced by Orient have long been known among the watch community to be well built and affordable choices. They have been producing their models since 1950 and have had several hits throughout the years. A stand-out feature of the brand is they make movements in-house, in their Japanese facilities. One of the more popular watches they have released is their Mako divers watch. It has actually been the best selling Orient ?of the past decade, since its release in 2004. Since it has been ten years since its release, Orient is celebrating the event with a new, special edition of the Mako. The Mako line is normally made up of three dial colors: black, blue and orange which are all available internationally (and a blue dial version with a splash of red on the bezel). The watch is kept to a comfortable, modern size at 41.5mm in diameter and 13mm in height. Seeing as it is considered a divers watch it has a unidirectional diver's bezel and 200M of water resistance. The time is kept
When F.P. Journe unveiled his Octa Sports line of watches back in 2011, we (the royal watch collecting "we") could simply not believe how light they were. After all, the F.P. Journe "lineSport" pieces, being the Octa Sport and the Centrigraphe (CTS), were made entirely of aluminum. Yes, aluminum! They were so light, they almost felt fake (seriously). They were not fake, they were just absurdly light, and absurdly cool. In fact, the very first aluminum CTS sold at Christie's for over $467,000. Yeah. That cool. But, all things must evolve, and today we have a look at the new line of sports pieces from Journe ¨C the very same models, but instead of the incredibly lightweight aluminum, they are now in titanium. 2 OF 18 The switch from aluminum to titanium was indeed a structural move. The soft qualities of aluminum posed some difficulties and Mr. Journe felt a completely titanium watch would still provide the incredible lightness the lineSport lovers were used to, without any
Hi Guys, Its been awhile since my last post. This new job of mine is killing me.Anyway, hope u guys can advice me on a problem I noticed on my watch.I was winding it as sadly I have been neglecting it for awhile. After winding it up and adjusting the time, I noticed that the second hand didn't automatically start to move. There wasn't a "click" when I push in the crown after adjusting the time, there was a click and the second hand started moving only when I was half way screwing in the crown. Hope my fellow WIS can help me with this unfortunate problem of mine.
I was looking at some pre-owned DJs, and saw one with an oyster bracelet. The ones I had seen were always jubilee. Could it have been swapped out, or does Rolex offer both for the DJs?
