Panerai FER.001 wrist watches news:
For Rolex, Baselworld 2013 seems to be all about color. Not only has the brand introduced new color variants for both the GMT-Master II and the Daytona, but they have also announced a series of new colorful versions for the Rolex Day-Date range. Spanning six different colors across three different gold cases, these new Rolex Day-Date models reflect the current popularity of wearing a Rolex Day-Date or Rolex Datejust on a leather strap. Each model color has a matching strap that accents the dial color and offers a fun and youthful vibe not always associated with this normally conservative Swiss brand. Cases can be had in 18 ct yellow, white or Rolex's Everose gold, each metal has its own range of colored dials. These new Rolex Day-Dates offer the following dial color choices, green or cognac matched with yellow gold, blue or cherry with white gold, and chocolate or rhodium for Averroes models. Aside from these new colors, the 118138/118139 Rolex Day-Date is unchanged from the standar
I've been looking around to get an idea of what an X-Wind is going for. I really don't have much of a range right now, with the cheapest I've seen was around $695.00 (non AD). Do any of you have suggestions or input?Thank you!
Not really to buy from, but to browse. I like About Time. They have many, many fine watch brands, a nice big picture of the watch, and a good description. Retail prices are given, but if they are an AD for a brand, they don't give their price.
Had my eye on this all summer and after Brexit made things tougher for us Brits I finally landed my dream AP. The RG 44 is a truly magnificent piece, muscularly beautiful and dynamic. In fact it has so many visual delights that I did something I haven't done in 20 years, I missed my tube/train stop.It actually wears a bit smaller than I remembered and while it is a big watch, its lugs fall just within my 6.8 inch wrists and feels fine.Big thanks to Alex and his epic and inspirational 44 thread.
Although I have had my GMT II LN for almost a month it was only today that I thought to listen to the ticking sound it makes. The sound is a higher pitched, almost metallic sound compared to what other watch ticks I have ever heard before. Not at all loud, actually quite subtle, but very distinct. What does your watch sound like?
