I have recently come in to the possesion of a lovely 18ct gold omega chronograph , it seems to be in good working condition , the movement serial number is 9391807 , the watch dial is silver in colour with two inner dials , there is a winding crown and two buttons that operate the inner dials. if anyone could give me some information about the watch i would be very grateful. thanks!

...I'm off to get married on Saturday!!! My bride and me (and my 116201): Our wedding is this Saturday but I won't have a chance to check in here for a few weeks. From then on, a wedding ring will be present in all my wristshots. We're very fortunate to be marrying in a beautiful church among the old spires of Oxford: (Whoops - what's that Yacht-Master doing there?? ;-) ) On Saturday I'll be wearing my 116201 and my tux......see, a non-formal watch DOES look good with formal attire!! There will be at least one other Datejust in formal attire - my father's:I suspect he'll be able to pull it off too. Finally, we'll spend our honeymoon in sunny Mexico...this time not the Yucatan, however - we're touring colonial Mexico and then relaxing at the beach in Acapulco. Hope everyone has a good couple of weeks! Cheers

Royal Oak Offshore model with the best legibility?
Which 42mm Offshore Chrono model do you feel has the best legibility? As much as I love the ROO lineup I find that for the most part they are somewhat difficult to read at a quick glance; more fashion than function. I have owned a Rubberclad and a Black Themes and both were ok for legibility but not great. I have a Diver (black dial) which is probably the most legible ROO model that A.P. makes but since I am shopping for a Chrono let's leave the Diver non-chrono out of this discussion. Maybe the new 2014+ ceramic with black dial and red accents?
