- What more is there to say. The band was , and she has a wrist, so it worked out for me. But, as I said, she loved it and that was the main criteria. Hopefully it will last a long time and be highly reliable. Time will tell.

Panerai PAM00289 wrist watches news:
Apparently the 4th of July comes a bit late this year as Perrelet has just released a very American watch that celebrates our stars and stripes. See, if the Swiss can love America I am sure there is hope for our economy. Just send some of those excess Francs you guys keep whining about."Boohoo! Our money is sooo valuable!" They truly are an oppressed people. This cool new watch makes me happy to look at and is a special rendition of the newer Turbine XL watch. Perrelet also released two special edition (also limited) Turbine (non XL) watches that I will discuss in another post. What is exactly is up with the comically buff Uncle Sam? Why is he so pissed off? And who does our patriarch of patriots wish to punch? At least we know he puts on a Perrelet when getting pugilistic. The Turbine XL America (see more stuff here) is 50mm wide in DLC black coated steel (ref. A4015/1). The outer bezel has blue sections with white stars (50 of them! Notice how the sections have either 8 or 9 stars to a
Plush - Swatch Group to cut supplies to third partiesBeen lurking here and FOOF for a while as I have plans to buy an Oris TT3. It would be my first mechanical watch and one I intend to keep for a really long time. However, this article linked above gives me some concerns on purchasing any watch (whether Oris or not), which has an ETA movement. Can some of the more knowledgeable folks share some of your thoughts on this?
Hi, this is my first post on this forum, I need help with the identification of this Admiral 1260. I searched the web and I couldn't find very much about this watch and I don't have the tool to open it. I bought this as gold scrap and after examining it I decided that it needs to be restored. First I would like some opinions about this being a good enough quality watch for me to invest my time and money. My main collection is Omegas and I wouldn't think twice about restoration. Is the 1260 the model number and what does the eagle signify? Can any one tell me what kind of movement is in this and is it a high quality caliber? The case is 34.5mm and is solid 14k yellow, the case still has clean crisp lines and dial seems to be original just a little aged. The movement functions well but the crown is worn and unscrewed loose from stem. The watch stem seems suspect and probably needs to be replaced. Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks Jim
i posted this in the general forum thought i'd post it here.this is a seiko from around 1980 it is around 3mm thick and the case is 18k has anybody seen one before,or have some info?thank you.
