- I bought this for my Dad and he has enjoyed it. He had not had one before and like us had a mess of cords here and there. Looks nice enough to leave out anywhere.

Patek Philippe 5140J wrist watches news:
The HourTime Show is back with an anniversary episode most watch brands would be delighted to celebrate ¨C but the guys don't bother celebrating the 175th episode. First, the?discussion is on?the Apple Watch and how it managed to fit into the hectic watch wearing lifestyle of?John and Ariel. Then it's on to John's new book titled Marie Antoinette's Watch (see our giveaway here!), crowdfunding the purchase of a watch brand, the Zymosis Lockdown, Casio smartwatches, and vintage Omega. A lot of watch talk crammed into this 35-minute-long episode.Listen to the HourTime Show Watch podcast episode 175 here.Direct MP3 download here.
So I usually buy one new watch a year. Last year, it was a SS Rolex GMT Master II which I happen to be wearing right now. After that splurge last year and with some other major expenditures scheduled this year, I decided to go a bit more frugal on this year's watch. And I was tired on my current daily wearer and wanted to get something a little better suited for daily wear.So this past week I bought a watch I have had my eye on for a long time: A Seiko Premier Automatic SPB001 with the 6R20 movement. This will be my fifth Seiko, and a nice bridge between my Seiko 5 and my Grand Seiko. My normal daily attire is what I call "borderline dressy causal" - khakis, loafers, and polo shirts (summer) and Pendletons (winter) - I think this watch will fit right in with that attire, so I am planning on making this watch my daily wearer.I'll post a review and some wrist shots once it arrives (hopefully next week).Anyone else here own one of these? Any thoughts?
Does anyone have an opinion on this watch? Bailey's has it for US$2,300 but didn't know if it is even any good or anything else about it other than it caught my eye. I'd appreciate any opinions anyone has!
Hello:I am going to visit New York Patek Exhibition in July. I am looking for a nice US AD that can offer me some nice watches during the exhibition. Could anyone suggest me a good AD? Welcome to contact with me if you are a nice US Patek AD.I attended London exhibition, but I do not get any nice watches. Just think I may be able to get some special watches, especially beautiful enamel watch.I am very loyal to my London AD for over 8 years, but I never have any chance to have an enamel watch. Therefore I am looking for an AD that can makes my goal comes true.
Model: 116610LV-0002Description: Submariner Date (Green Index)As the title suggests, I've been on a wait list for an LV sub at an AD in Sydney for a little while, however I already bought one from another AD a few months ago. I've just been contacted and it looks like the other AD has one for me now. If any good folk around here happen to be in Sydney and want one, send me a PM and I'll see if we can do a little name swap at the AD so someone can grab the one I'll be passing on.
