Patek Philippe 2526 wrist watches news:
i'm thinking of regulating my calibre 565 movement and would like some pointers on acceptable accuracy and number of days over which i should monitor the accuracy before making an adjustments. also, as the watch is currently sans case, any advice on winding would be welcome. thanks.
Hello guys,A few months ago I did send my AP to the APSC trough a official retailer. I gave them my warranty booklet and my watch. PpNow, after 4 months the watch is back in a little green AP shipping box and I’ve picked it up at the retailer. The warrantybooklet was missing also there was no brown pouche (that you get after a paid full service). They said that APSC will try to look for the booklet and if it is lost they will come back on it and “solve” the problem. As far as I know, AP doesn’t provide the warrantybooklet the second time! What can I expect and what can I do?
I have been considering picking one of these up to test out as there is one for sale in country at what seems to be a good price. I currently have a BLNR and D blue and am considering adding the hulk (116610lv) or a chronograph as a 3rd. The ceramic daytona will be a long wait list (over 1 yr). What do you think of the DSOTM as a tester? I enjoy its looks. What would you consider a good price where I would not loose much money if I decide its not for me? The example I am looking at is around $9000 Canadian dollars ($6800us).
Hi All -IĄŻve been looking very seriously at a pre-owned GMT II LN as my first Rolex. Drove past a random AD today, stopped in and they had a new GMT LN and also a Submariner No Date, both fully stickered. Fell in love with the Sub No Date!! Love the simplicity and symmetry of it. My mind is changed! Im new to Rolex (though not new to watches) but I typically try buy pre-owned. This AD was adamant no discounts and IĄŻll have to eat the tax. I donĄŻt like taking the depreciation hit but that said just browsing the Ąźfor saleĄŻ listings it doesnĄŻt seem like IĄŻll save a huge amount going pre-owned these days (assuming pre-owned watch is still under warranty). So, for the first time go ahead and buy a new watch? Or, wait and ty snag pre-owned! Thanks for your thoughts!
having the Daytona ceramic, I lacked in the collection the model 116520, finally I found a full set, unpolished and with little use, is a D series of 2005. what do you think? The ceramic
