- I bought this watch for work. It was one of a few watches out there that is made for women's wrist sizes and has military time. I love it except that the hands and/or face don't glow in the dark.

Patek Philippe 4958/1G-010 wrist watches news:
Bill Yao, the founder of MKII Watches (started in 2002), has built a devoted following for his homage watches that are known for high standards in build quality, as well as an esthetic that respectfully pays tribute to the original while establishing its own identity. One of his most sought-after models The Kingston, an homage to the Rolex Submariner Ref. 6538 "James Bond" watch, easily fetches double its original retail price on the second-hand market.Bill, who is based in Wayne, Pennsylvania, a suburb of Philadelphia, granted worn&wound an interview in between building his watches, which his fans wait months and sometimes years for. But Bill, a Wharton School grad, makes no excuses for taking the time to make sure everything is built to his very high standards and if a single part is not up to his quality standards, the watch simply will not go to market. He began his business as an aftermarket parts maker for Seiko watches, which grew into the current custom watch business.worn&a
Hey guys !TRUE size 6s American Trench Watches are among the hardest to find and obviously some of the most sought after models to obtain. This 1917 Elgin Trench Watch did NOT start out as a pocket watch ! ! !The case was made to be a trench watch and is NOT a pocket watch case conversion like others that you will see ! ! !This case is CRAZY big, it measures 46mm lug to lug and 42mm with the crown.Size 3/0s Elgin trench watches are much smaller, around 36mm by 31mm on average. There are a couple versions of Philadelphia "Silverode" size 6s cases but this one is by far the most difficult one to obtain. (I'm sure Greg will drop in on this one)The second that I saw it I just had to have it and soon there after it was mine, all mine ! ! ! (well two days later). Movement details: 1917 Elgin, size 6s, grade 286, sn 20559586This trench watch has TRUE SIZE 6s ELGIN MILITARY HANDS ! ! ! ! !These hands are so hard to come by it's not even funny ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! The Roman numeral dial on this Elgin
I have always wanted one of these "Square waffle" Constellation Guilloches, but they are hard to come by, (even more then the diamond pattern guilloche) and I have always been a day late.I saw this one, a 354 bumper and said, Hey, I bet I can save that First step clean dial. NOT easy: microscope, make-up applicator pads (like q-tips but foam not cotton), wood toothpicks, dishes for baths, paper towels, secret chemicals . Did I mention time?, lots of time. You get the picture, WIS torture. On top of this I had to come up with a case. This one is a 2782, right case for the movement/dial. I had to refurbish the case too. Someone had tried to gold plate it and then "satin-ize" it. I had to re-clean and polish it to the original stainless appearanceAll and all I a pretty happy with the results. It looks even better in real life, as the camera brings out any little imperfections. Is it new old stock? Heck no, but I think it looks pretty good and I saved another one from the scrapers.
I am traveling to Taiwan in October and would like some information on Retail Watch prices.Thank You
Here¡¯s one!
