Philip Stein 3BNBYRB wrist watches news:
Here is one of those interesting watches that you'll dare not see being sold in America - at least most likely not. Which prompts me to remark once again, that there are many a splendid brand of timepiece that are simply not marketed or sold here in the States. So this is a watch by Zannetti, and determined Italian watch brand that I've spoken about before. This watch is the Squelette XL Automatic, and offers a nice set of easy to live with features. I like that, because it is an obviously avant garde watch, but you don't need to worry much about it being hard to live with. The movement is an ETA 2892-A2 that has need skeletonized and blued (via PVD). There are also some engraved decorations on the bridges. It is a nicely done movement for those who can really get into a skeletonized dial - and in this case a totally non-existent dial. Still, you have hour marker on the bezel, and?? a few around the face itself. The hands and some of the hours markers are covered in lume, also being eas
Hello all. I have an antique Seiko 4205-0140 Dive watch that was given to me by a good friend of mine. It was given to her while she was in the peace corps 40 years ago, and from what she tells me it has been to hell and back. Since it's so old I only wear it on occasion (it would be a crime to lock this up in a box forever). I was just wondering any places you all could recommend taking this piece for servicing in the event it needs some TLC. If it helps I live in the Chicago Land area. Thanks for your help!
Took a quick helicopter flight yesterday courtesy of AP. It was a beautiful day and the views were amazing. Enjoy.... Afterwards met up with a friend for a drink who happened to have just picked up his A series Jumbo from the boutique after service. Mine is in the front.
I know we have some very knowledgeable members on here and was hoping for some information on this -ThanksMartin
Should the surrounds be WG or YG and also the bezel insert numbers and hash marks be silver. What I'm asking is, is it possible that it came with white surrounds around the diamonds and the silver Numbers on the bezel or has it always been YG Some pictures on EBay seem to show both but the pictures aren't that clear. And this picture is just the head only, how hard would it be to find correct bracelet And I've even blue bezels with silver, what rolex would that have come on ??ThxSent from my iPad while on the beach
