Hey guys, what do you think about wearing a Rubberclad with suit?A friend os mine is selling his Ap and I'm considering buying it! This is going to be my only and everyday watch, since I sold my collection. My concern is that I'm a lawyer and wear suit everyday. Thoughts?
I would like to buy my son Ashley a BREITLING when he finishes his exams later this year. He intends to apply to the Australian Defence Force as a avionics engineer/pilot.He is studying maths, advanced maths, physics, english and geography at The Australian School of Mathematics and Science in Adelaide. What would be a good buy? old or new? - he likes both.
dear community, another question for you guys - sorry for so many so far I am really drifting towards this fantastic brand, and already have the Nautilus 5980/1A. Also, I'm in the hunt and near acquiring a 5726 as well. I am thinking of another piece in sequence -- the Aquanaut 5167. That would fill my craving about sporty PPs. Now, I'm willing to hear from you guys your opinions about the two versions of 5167 - Rubber or SS bracelet. Your comments and ideas will be very much appreciated Thanks in advance!
so i'm starting to get a little frustrated with rolex as it seems all of the new watches i want to buy i can't actually buy. at least at the retail price. namely, the new daytona (white or black) and the ss pepsi gmt that is coming out. it seems you have to have a relationship with a rolex dealer to get on their preferred waiting list for one of these hot watches. last week i called around a few rolex dealers locally here in los angeles and even out of town to see if i could get on a waiting list for the new ss pepsi. universally they indicated they were giving preferential treatment to their established customers. so basically i have to buy a watch i don't actually want from them to be able to get a watch that i do want? the irony is i own 4 rolexes and a tudor. it's just most of those are vintage and the one more modern one was a gift.i just wanted to vent a little. i imagine there are probably others out there who are experiencing the same frustrations i am.
