Philip Stein 23NWZBR wrist watches news:
Hello All,I just joined this forum, and it has been a wealth of knowledge. I was wondering if I could ask you all a question. I recently purchased a PAM161, and totally love it. I noticed that when I put the watch to my ear, the movement seems really loud when I move the watch around. I know it is an automatic, but the movement seems so much louder than my Rolex. Is it because the case is so much larger? Also, the time it keeps does not seem as accurate as my Explorer II and Datejust. Thanks in advance.
I posted this thread on another forum some days back and was surprised at the lack of response. I was hoping to get some additional feedback here on WTF.-I've loved the look and the uniqueness of the Zeitwerk from the first time I saw it and I feel destined to have one in my collection. I'm curious how many others on the forum own one at this time and in what metal? I'm most interested in the luminous platinum reference model and am curious if others have gotten one, or going to get one, or have tried and can't find one? I've read most of the previous threads related to this model and it seems that all that have seen and touched one in the flesh really love it. I look forward to hearing from fellow enthusiasts. Is there not much interest in the Zeitwerk or is that its population is so limited that many simply don't have an opinion?I have an opportunity to purchase a platinum version and while I know I'd love it, I'm concerned about long term collectability and value retention. I usually
I've been wanting to add an ECO-Drive type watch to my collection. This one caught my eye a while back, and santa brought money and gift cards this year, so to use a worn out phrase YOLO! I looked all weekend for this watch in local stores and none had it for me check out. I couldn't wait, and ordered one tonight when I got home. So merry Christmas and happy new year to me! LOL. I've read a lot of reviews on this watch and cant wait to get it on my wrist. Just some stock picks for now, expecting it this Friday.
Does anyone know the approximate current cost for Omega UK to service a 10 year old Speedmaster Professional Moonwatch? Thanks in advance.
Saw these yesterday in AD window in London. Quite rare nowadays.
